Return & Refund Policy

At Hivora, each jar of honey is carefully prepared and quality-checked. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified, we will process a refund or replacement at our discretion. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
